These Terms of Use, hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions" or "T&C" or "Terms" or "Agreement," along with any other Policy or Statement or Information that may be placed on this website, hereinafter referred to as "Company" or “Website” or “We” or “Us” or “Our,” as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between the company and you, hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User" or "Your" or "Buyer" or "Customer."

If you visit, use, or shop at the site or any future site operated by us, you accept these Terms and Conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future services of the company or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with the company or third-party vendors, whether or not included in the site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or merchant. If these conditions are inconsistent with such guidelines and conditions, such guidelines and conditions will control.

GENERAL

The products available on our website are strictly for personal use and not intended for resale.
The product images displayed are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may vary in appearance, specifically in size, from what is shown.
Prices and availability of products are subject to change at any time due to their dynamic nature.
We highly recommend reviewing the product description, size charts, and any other relevant information available on the product page to ensure that you have selected the correct size and specifications.
We strongly advise against using tyres of different sizes in your vehicle as it can impact both the performance and safety of your vehicle. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences that may arise from using tyres of different sizes in your vehicle.
Automobile manufacturers regularly upgrade existing vehicles and introduce new models, which may lead to our vehicle database not including the latest cars or updated tyre sizes for existing models. Therefore, we recommend that you explore products directly based on the tyre size you require.
All disputes shall be governed by and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore.
We reserve the right to modify our website policies at any time without prior notice.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We cannot accept returns in the following circumstances:

Tyres that have been used or mounted cannot be returned.
Tyres that have been damaged by the buyer cannot be returned.
Late return requests will not be accepted, so please make sure to submit your return request within 7 days of the delivery date.
Tyres without the original sticker, label, or barcode cannot be returned.
Tyres specified as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned.

How to return:

You can easily request return by navigating to the My Orders section, selecting the relevant order, and clicking on the Request Return button.
Select the reason for return from the drop-down menu.
Please return the item(s) to the same store where you originally picked up your order.
All items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and with the manufacturer labels and barcode intact. Additionally, any free items that were included with the order must also be returned.
Unless otherwise stated, restocking fees may apply.
Once we have received and processed your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-12 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION

If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been packed, you can easily request cancellation by navigating to the My Orders section, selecting the relevant order, and clicking on the Request Cancellation button. Once we receive the request, we will promptly cancel the order and initiate a refund.
If your order is packed and ready for pickup, You can easily request cancellation by contacting our customer service team. Once we receive your request, we will promptly cancel the order and initiate a refund.
If you do not pick up your order within 48 hours of receiving confirmation that it is ready for pickup, it will be automatically cancelled and the amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at our discretion.

WARRANTY AND CLAIMS

As a reseller of the product, we want to clarify that all types of warranties are provided and covered by the brand owner/manufacturer of the product.
We are not responsible for any damages, defects, or inconveniences experienced by the customer while using the product.
We cannot be held responsible if the quality or performance of the product does not meet the customer's expectations.
If you encounter any issues with the product, we are here to assist you by facilitating the warranty claim process with the respective brand owner/manufacturer. However, please be aware that you must comply with the terms and conditions set forth by the brand owner/manufacturer.

BILLING AND GST

Business Users need to enter their GST details (GSTIN, Entity name of the registered business user) accurately at the time of order placement.
A Tax Invoice including (“GST invoice”) shall be provided to the User, who can claim GST benefits, including input tax credit as per GST rules & regulations, based on the GST Invoice. The GST related details as provided by the user are automatically captured and printed on the invoice
Please note that input tax credit will be denied by GST authority if the billing address and GSTIN in the GST invoice are of different states.
GST details once entered at the time of placing the Order cannot be altered. Hence business users are advised to enter accurate details so as to be eligible to claim GST input tax credit.
There is no representation made whatsoever by us in relation to availability or entitlement of GST benefits. Availment of input tax credit is subject to provisions of GST Act and rules and the business user should exercise due care in placing the Order and claiming the benefits in accordance with these laws.
In case incorrect GST details are provided during order placement, the order will be automatically cancelled.
We takes no liability or responsibility for:

Incorrect GST details entered at the time of placing Order on the website.
Wrong claim, denial or unavailability of input tax credit on the GST paid by the Business User
Mismatch of address of shipment and registered address and other issues leading to denial of input tax credit.

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. Personal data, such as your email addresses, is always provided to us voluntarily and only when you subscribe to our newsletter. Other personal data, including your name and address, is only required if you are ordering goods.
